Rental Experience
To help ensure a smooth rental experience, customers will be asked to complete and sign a rental agreement and applicable inventory/inspection sheet(s) at pickup or delivery.
Customers may also be asked to provide a valid ID at pickup or delivery for verification purposes.
Equipment should be returned in the same general condition provided, excluding normal wear and tear from ordinary intended use.
If any issues arise during your rental, we encourage customers to contact us promptly so we can help resolve concerns quickly.
Payments
Payments may be completed through secure Stripe payment links provided by Level Up Party Co. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
To help simplify the rental process, payment methods may be securely saved for authorized rental-related charges associated with a customer’s reservation and signed rental agreement.
Additional charges may apply when necessary, including late returns, missing equipment, damaged equipment, excessive cleaning, or unpaid rental balances.
If additional charges are needed, they are determined after equipment inspection and inventory verification following the rental period.
If additional charges may be needed, Level Up Party Co. will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer first, explain the reason, and provide supporting details before the charge is processed.
Level Up Party Co. strives to keep all policies fair, transparent, and customer-friendly. Additional charges are only applied when necessary and are supported by inventory verification, inspection documentation, or rental records.
Level Up Party Co. does not directly store full payment card information. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Privacy & Information
Customer information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, rental details, and payment-related information may be collected for reservation management, payment processing, customer communication, fraud prevention, and rental verification purposes.
Customer information is not sold to third parties. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary to process payments or operate the business.
Customer information may be shared electronically with trusted third-party service providers, such as Stripe and other business service platforms, solely as necessary to process payments, manage reservations, communicate with customers, or operate the business.
Level Up Party Co. uses reasonable administrative, technical, and third-party security measures to help safeguard customer information and payment-related data.
